The leasing office has been friendly and quick to respond to issues. The maintenance staff always leaves the apartment in better condition than when they arrived. The maintenance man even cleaned my sink when he installed a new faucet.

The space is good for the price. I don't think I have ever seem an apartment this big for this price. Over all, it's really not a bad place to live.

I have lived at Jade North for over a year now. I can say it's probably the best value this close to Broad Ripple. The best feature of the complex is the maintenance - so prompt. If it’s a small request it will usually be taken care of within a few business hours.
